Collected data and purpose
The inquiry webform requires your name, email, project type, and message to process your request, and optionally collects your company, budget, and deadline. Information is used to answer your inquiry, support related discussions, and prevent spam. Formspree processes browser session and connection information for spam protection. Please do not include confidential information in your initial brief.
Processing and international transfer (Formspree)
Your name, email, project type, message, and any optional company, budget or deadline details are sent over an encrypted connection to Formspree, Inc. in the US to handle and deliver your inquiry. The operator receives a notification in a Zoho inbox. Submission history is retained for 30 days on the current Formspree free plan. You must actively select the processing and US transfer consent checkbox before using the webform.
Retention and deletion
The operator keeps email correspondence while it is needed for a reply or related discussions, then deletes it when no longer needed, subject to legal or project record requirements. Inquiry data is not shared for advertising.
Refusal and data rights
You have the right to refuse data collection and international transfer. If you do not consent, you may email your inquiry directly instead of using the webform. To request data deletion or withdraw consent, contact us at js@joonsuhlee.kro.kr.
